I have signed up to the Internet Register Ireland operated by DAD in Hamburg in 2010, before I realized it was a scam. I paid the first invoice but then refused to pay subsequent invoices and have been harassed with letters from DAD urging me to pay up and threatening me we ‘legal actions’.
My accountant advised me to ignore them and so I did and since 2012 onward it was quiet

Until now…
I have been contacted by cc-factoring.com, ad debt collector based in the Czech Republic working on behalf for DAD (and maybe for all other scammers in the EU that work on the same principle as DAD, maybe it is a syndicate??..)

They can call in (rogue) debt collectors, but to follow up on Robert Nederhoeds question from CamperConsult B.V. ‘ Are there any companies that have been sued bij DAD ???’

I like to know.

Sofar I have not come across any evidence despite having received numerous letters from DAD’s ‘legal department’. Now they are setting up a different trajectory with their ‘debt collector’ trying to extract 3000 euro from me for a defunct website internet-register-ireland.com

I received an invoice from DAD Deutscher Adressdienst Gmbh after signing the form You are referring to in this article.

1 Is there a possibility to have the contract cancelled??
2 Are there any companies that have been sued bij DAD ???
